Terms of Service

FoodPlanAI is now OnMacros. Same service, same company.

OnMacros is operated by INNOSD LABS SRL.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OnMacros (“we”, “us”, “our”) at app.foodplanai.app and the associated mobile application. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Subscription

An active subscription is required to use OnMacros. There is no free trial. Your card is charged when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.

Two billing periods are available: monthly and yearly. The full billed amount and the auto-renewal date are displayed on the paywall screen before you confirm any purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Subscription billing and management depend on the platform you use:

• iOS (iPhone / iPad) — billed through the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Web — billed through Stripe. Manage or cancel your subscription from the account settings inside the app.

Refunds are governed by the respective platform's refund policy (Apple App Store or Stripe). We do not issue refunds directly.

Not medical advice

OnMacros is a planning and tracking tool. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. The macro targets, meal suggestions, and nutritional data are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

Acceptable use

You agree to use OnMacros only for lawful personal purposes. You may not reverse engineer the service, attempt to access other users' data, use automated bots to generate content, or resell access to the service.

Intellectual property

The OnMacros software, design, and AI model integrations are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you enter (your meal logs, notes, and preferences). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnMacros is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on nutritional data or AI-generated meal suggestions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
